The day unfolds with a continuous flow of dishes and a selection of drinks. We bring course after course out among you. Beginning with bread and cultured butters, moving into crisp seasonal salads, and evolving into tasting-menu-style bites. Expect raw, cured, fermented, pickled, and flame-grilled elements across fresh meats, fish, and seafood. Funky pizzas & grill.

For the sweet tooth - cannoli and fresh summer pastries by our Italian pastry chef, and, because it isn't a true summer celebration without it, craft ice cream to keep things refreshing.

Beyond the plate, the day features hands-on collaborative workshops, exhibition of The House art gallery residents, garden atmosphere installations and a curated lineup of DJs.
